Private Listening Sessions offer a calm, judgment-free space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind. Sometimes people don’t need advice, solutions, or analysis—they simply need someone present who will truly listen. These one-on-one conversations are designed to give you that space.

During a session, you can share thoughts, experiences, frustrations, or life transitions at your own pace. There is no pressure to explain everything perfectly or to have a clear goal for the conversation. The focus is simply on being heard in a respectful and supportive environment.

Sessions are available by phone or video, and you can choose the length that feels right for you: 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Some people book a single session when they need to talk something through, while others choose recurring sessions or bundles for ongoing support.

Privacy and comfort are central to every conversation. You are welcome to use your first name or an alias, allowing you to speak freely without feeling exposed. The goal is to create a relaxed space where real conversations can happen naturally.

It is important to note that The ComforTable provides listening services only. These sessions are not therapy, counseling, coaching, or medical care. Instead, they offer a simple and meaningful experience: genuine presence, attentive listening, and a place where your voice matters.

If you’ve been carrying something on your mind and simply need someone to listen, pull up a chair and start the conversation.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded. This ensures all clients have fair access to available session times.

Session Bundles

For those who want ongoing conversations, bundles offer a simple way to continue sessions over time while maintaining the same supportive and judgment-free space.

Diane

Founder of The ComforTable

Diane has always had a natural ability to create spaces where people feel comfortable opening up. Since childhood, friends, family members, and even strangers have found themselves sharing their stories with her because conversations felt easy, safe, and free of judgment. Over time, Diane realized that many people don’t need advice or solutions—they simply need someone who will truly listen. The ComforTable was created from that realization: a welcoming space where people can speak openly, be heard, and feel understood.
